Hacienda Guadalupe first opened its doors as a result of a couple’s vision who, inspired by the valley and its wine producing vocation, launched on this adventure. Daniel and Gaby have created a space of relaxation and comfort that brings together an experience that includes: regional cooking, the comfort of a boutique style hotel, the flavors and aromas of the grapevines and the landscape of the wine route.

Melchum, the house wines were named to honor Gaby, they received a well deserved award in 2013 by the judging pannel in the international competition Ensenada Tierra del Vino 2013 and once again in 2014, a competition that is organized by Baja California’s State University: Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.

We are located across from the Wine Museum, up a little hill that portrays Hacienda Guadalupe’s vineyards right in front of us, the contemporary hacienda style architecture welcomes each guest making them feel a part of the great family that look after our hotel and restaurant.

The quality and exclusive service are a result of our compliance with the sanitary and operation excellence regulations, as part of the culture of service at Hacienda Guadalupe.

Enjoy an early morning view of the vineyards along with a hearty breakfast! Our hotel concierge recommended heading up there rather than eating in Ensenada and it was definitely worth the wait. My Jugo Verde was great...juice made with nopal, celery, parsley and? Eggs Benedict were cooked perfectly. A truly lovely and high, quality environment! -Paula B. Grand view, amazing food, great service, serendipity! As a lamb meat connoisseur, I have enjoyed this unique preparation of the lamb dish tremendously. First time I had pulled lamb on mashed potatoes. Loved it. Compliments to the chef! -Anonimo, Statesville, North Carolina  03 de julio 2016
