CANCELLATION POLICY: Any changes or cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail at least 15 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancelletaion fee. Cancellations or changes received 15 days or less prior to arrival date or "No Show", will result in a charge of one night's accommodation per room booked.

GROUP RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Any changes or cancellations must be received in writing via email with an advance of 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival will cause the charge of one night's accommodation per room booked. Cancellations received 15 days or less prior to arrival or "No Shows", will cause a full charge of accomodation for each room booked.
