One of the emblematic activities of Baja California’s valleys is the production of high quality wines, reason for which this beautiful region is called “The land of the wine”. It is for this same reason that we take pleasure in bringing the experience of wine to our guests.
“The earth, generously offering us its varietals, is the inspiration from which each bottle of Melchum Wine is born.”
